Buying on our site is very simple! Follow these simple steps:

• click on “View cart” and access the order summary where you can enter Discount Coupons or Promotional Codes obtained;
• enter your shipping address by filling in all the fields indicated;
• choose your preferred payment method and finish the purchase by clicking on “Proceed with purchase”.

You will then receive a confirmation email to your email address where you can check all the details related to your order.

Payment in Pet Cherie can be made through secure payment methods (the site has obtained a certification called SSL that protects payments by encrypting the related data)

• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Maestro, Prepaid/rechargeable cards, Postepay.
• PayPal account: a secure method that simplifies online payment. You can make the payment without providing your bank details or credit card number, you just need to have a PayPal account .

• Payment on delivery (cash on delivery): we make cash on delivery shipments for purchase amounts not exceeding € 59 only within the Italian territory, with an additional contribution of € 8.00 indicated at the time of conclusion of the order (payment in cash to be delivered to the courier)

SHIPMENTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs are completely free with a minimum purchase of €79. Below this amount, the costs amount to € 8.00 (including VAT).

Delivery is generally made in 24/48 hours if the products are available in stock, a longer time of about 48/72 hours is required for products not available in stock.

SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE

The shipping costs for the European territory depend on the delivery area and are indicated in the “shopping cart” at the time of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery areas, approximately 5/6 working days.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders for items already in stock at Pet Cherie will be shipped on the first business day following the one on which the order was processed. A longer time will be required if the item is not available in stock.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from Pet Cherie with a tracking number through which you can conveniently monitor the status of your shipment.

Have you changed your mind? Don’t worry! You can return the product without penalty within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the products.

Just notify us of the withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Pet Chérie – Via A. Grandi, 6 – 20832 Desio (MB), or by e-mail to: info@petcherie.it.

The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete with all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days.

How to measure your 4-legged friend?

It’s very simple! There are three most important measurements (as shown in the figure):

• neck circumference: measure the circumference of the neck as if it were a collar, so that it can comfortably go around the neck;
• Measure the dog’s chest at the widest point, consider at least one or two extra centimeters so that the garment can have a comfortable fit.
• the length: measure from the base of the neck to the beginning of the tail; It is important that your furry friend is in an upright position to take an accurate measurement.
