{"id":37986,"date":"2025-08-28T09:16:03","date_gmt":"2025-08-28T07:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petcherie.it\/shipping-and-returns\/"},"modified":"2026-07-22T15:36:55","modified_gmt":"2026-07-22T13:36:55","slug":"shipping-and-returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.petcherie.it\/en\/shipping-and-returns\/","title":{"rendered":"Shipping and Returns"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Politica di Spedizione, resi e cambi.<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie ships to Italy and European countries expressly indicated during the purchase, using leading express couriers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The available destinations and their costs are determined based on the country of delivery, the weight and volume of the products in the shopping cart.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping in Italy<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping is free for orders of \u20ac89 or more.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For orders under \u20ac89, shipping costs are \u20ac8, including VAT.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery takes place approximately within 3\u20135 working days from the shipment of the order.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping in Europe<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of the order and are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before confirming the purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free shipping is applied according to the following thresholds:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>from \u20ac200 for Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands and Spain;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from \u20ac250 for Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Sweden;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>from \u20ac400 for Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie does not currently ship to the UK or to countries other than those that can be selected during purchase.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For non-EU destinations, any customs duties, import taxes and charges levied by local authorities or the courier are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the order or shipment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery within Europe takes approximately 5\u20136 working days after shipment. Times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures and courier operations. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any delays caused by the courier, customs checks, holidays or periods of high volume are not directly attributable to Pet Ch\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Order fulfillment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number, through which they can monitor the status of the delivery.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon receipt, it is advisable to check the integrity of the packaging before accepting the package. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, the customer can: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>accept the delivery by signing with reservation and describing the damage found;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refuse delivery when damage is evident.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is invited to document the package with photographs and to promptly inform Pet Ch\u00e9rie by writing to <a>info@petcherie.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to sign with reservations does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by the applicable legislation, but could make it more difficult to verify that the damage occurred during transport.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Passing<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ownership of the products is transferred once full payment of all amounts due has been received. The risk relating to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal guarantee of conformity<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie is responsible for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and manifests itself within the period provided for by the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided for by the Consumer Code, including repair or replacement free of charge or, when the conditions are met, a reduction in the price or termination of the contract.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To report a defective or non-compliant product, you can write to <a>info@petcherie.it<\/a>, attaching the order number and photographs useful for the evaluation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Withdrawal, returns and exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without the obligation to provide reasons. However, a brief indication of the reasons for withdrawal is appreciated.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send, within the indicated deadline, an explicit declaration of your decision to the <a>info@petcherie.it<\/a> address, specifying if possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>name and surname;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>products that you intend to return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie will acknowledge receipt of the communication and provide useful information for the return. This feedback is for organizational purposes and does not constitute a condition for the validity of the withdrawal communicated within the deadline. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, who can freely choose the courier. The customer is responsible for the return shipment until delivery to Pet Ch\u00e9rie and it is therefore recommended to use a traceable service. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be returned:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>intact and undamaged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not worn or used;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unwashed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete with the original labels, not removed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>complete with any accessories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>placed in the original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customer is urged to pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation. The responsibility for the return shipment remains with the customer until delivery to Pet Ch\u00e9rie; We therefore recommend the use of a traceable service. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The refund will be arranged following receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition by Pet Ch\u00e9rie. The refund will be made in compliance with the terms provided for by the applicable legislation and using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceptions to the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, made according to individual specifications provided by the customer or clearly personalized, within the limits provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Item exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie offers the possibility of requesting an exchange of size or item as a courtesy service, subject to the availability of the replacement product.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The procedure provides that:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the customer contacts Pet Ch\u00e9rie at the <a>info@petcherie.it<\/a> address before returning, indicating the order number and the desired exchange;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the return shipment is at the expense of the customer, who can choose his own courier or ask Pet Ch\u00e9rie for assistance in organizing the return;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can only enjoy one free replacement shipping per order. Any subsequent changes may result in the charge of the relative shipping costs, subject to communication and acceptance by the customer. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The exchange remains subject to the availability of the requested product and can only be made once per order.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the return of goods does not automatically constitute a valid right of withdrawal from the contract unless the procedure indicated above is followed, namely authorization by Pet Ch\u00e9rie for the return of the goods.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Item exchange and subsequent withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event that the customer has requested and completed an item exchange and subsequently decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made net of the shipping costs incurred by Pet Ch\u00e9rie for the previously performed exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, only the value of the returned product will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs related to sending the replacement item, as this is an additional service offered as a courtesy and not required by law.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs for the product remain, in any case, at the customer&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Conditions<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns will be accepted only if:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the products are intact, unused, and undamaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they are returned with original packaging, labels, and accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they show no signs of wear, washing, or alterations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pet Ch\u00e9rie reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions indicated above.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns Address<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products should be sent to:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pet Ch\u00e9rie<\/strong><br\/>Via A.
